Along with resident staff, guest lecturers come from around the world who are also involved in ministry themselves. Usually, lecturers spend a week at the school and are available to spend time with the students personally. In this way, Bodenseehof offers a personal, diverse and interactive learning environment. Students and staff are divided up into small groups for mutual encouragement, providing a setting in which students are given individual attention.
